Broadway Ave.#102 Meridian, Idaho 83642 Re: Meridian 118 Final Plat Dear Planning Staff, Enclosed is the Final Plat Application for"Meridian 118 Subdivision No. 1",for the southern portion of the Vanguard Village Preliminary Plat approved on May 3, 2022. The application applies to Parcel S1215427850. A preliminary plat time extension request was approved on May 3, 2024. This project will include seven (7) buildable lots and one (1) common lot (Williams Gas Line)for a total of eight (8) lots within the project. Meridian 118 Subdivision No. 1 will, in total, be 75 acres and is currently zoned Mixed Employment (M-E), Community Business (C-C), and High Density Employment (H-E).The lot lines west of the Williams Gas Line have been adjusted slightly to accommodate identified uses. Lot three (3) is proposed to accommodate a daycare facility coming forward as a Conditional Use Permit request. Statement of Conformance This final plat is in full conformance with the following: 1. The approved preliminary plat and uses; 2. The use requirements and provisions of the UDC; 3. Acceptable engineering, architectural, and surveying practices and local standards.
