They may plant some 6 to 7 foot tall. I also want to make sure they are adequetly taken care of and watered so that they will survive. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do. Elroy From: Bryce Gray [mailto:brycengray@hotmail.com] Sent: Monday, October 09,2006 12:07 PM To: Elroy Huff Subject: Cut down trees Ehoy, Thanks for taking a look at this. I'm hoping that these guys just make good on their word but last we spook they said there isn't anything they can do about it now and they'll try to transplant some trees in the next couple of months. Aaron McGee (Owner from Coldwell Banker) said they are bringing in scrapers in the next few weeks. I fear that in a couple of months the lots will be divided and sold and then they are going to say something like "it's not our property now" or just hope I forget about it. Anyways, here's some pictures of the cut down trees. There are eight pines that were cut. These were about 15 feet tall. So you know a little info. here is a short summary of the events. I went to public meeting about eight months ago and we agreed that those trees would not be removed because they lie so close to the fence and provide a great privacy fence for both us and future home owner on other side. When the landscaper started showing up on the land I went over and introduced myself and relayed information to that landscaper (Rob Hernandez-owner) about the trees that should remain. He said he knew about it and those trees would not be touched. Friday September 9th I came home from work seeing some workers cutting down the trees. Quickly jumped the fence, asked them to stop, and asked to speak with Rob. I called Rob and explained what happened. He realized the mistake, proceeded to use a lot of colorful profanity to someone in the background, spoke again to me and said "I'm sorry, I just chewed someone out for it, you're right those trees shouldn't have been cut down but there's nothing I can do about it. That's not your land anyways and I can't do anything about it." I simply told him "look, Aaron and I agreed that those trees would remain. They are gone now and need to be replaced." 1 0 minutes later of talking on the phone trying to get him to see that he needs to take some responsibility for the mistake and make it right he finally said he would speak with Aaron. 1 0/17/2006 Page 2 of2 I called Aaron the following Monday. He seemed rather irritated, quite unsympathetic, and between both Rob and Aaron, neither seems to want to take much responsibility to make it right. Aaron did say that those trees were on the plot map and should not have been removed. Anyways, I think I could handle this myselfbut these two don't seem like the handshake, I'm sorry, let me fix this problem for you type. My phone is 484-2532. Feel free to call with any questions Regards, Bryce Gray 10/17/2006
