The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s) and has the following comments:
1. This project abuts the State Highway System.
2. ITD needs more information to determine how the proposed project will affect the State Highway System. ITD
requests trip generation numbers for Life Church.This evaluation should encompass Life Church as a whole,
not just the addition.
a. A Traffic Impact Study maybe required if the new development at full build out will generate one
hundred (100) or more new trips during the peak hour or the new volume of trips will equal or exceed
one thousand (1000)vehicles per day.
b. Any necessary mitigation for traffic impacts shall be the responsibility of the applicant to construct.
3. ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of the submitted documents.
