Subject: Final Plat Groundwater Statement for Franklin Industrial in Meridian,ID
To Whom it may concern,
Based on the Geotechnical Engineering Report (GER), prepared by Merial Testing & Inspection, dated
April 8, 2020, and the proposed Improvement Plans, the proposed roadway is nearest TP-2, as located on
the GER Site Map.TP-2 denotes a total depth excavation of 12.8 feet with a water table"Not Encountered".
Given this information relative to the improvement plans, I certify that all street finished centerline
elevations are set at a minimum of three(3) feet above the highest established groundwater elevation.
