This final plat application is for the "Ferney Subdivision".The final plat consists of two
buildable lots and an extension of E Lanark St. to the East.
Statement of Conformance
The plat remains in substantial compliance with:
1. The use and layout approved by the preliminary plat and DA.
2. The use requirements and provisions of the UDC.
3. Acceptable architectural, engineering, surveying, and local standards.
