Re: Final Plat application for the Franklin Industrial project
Located at 3N1ES09 of E Lanark St.,Meridian,ID 83642
Dear Planning Staff,
Below is a list of responses to review comments for the above-mentioned project,each followed by relevant details and actions taken:
Planning Review—Linda Ritter:
1. The landscape plan does not match the one submitted with the latest CZC(A-2024-0074).The trash enclosure is located within the
60'irrigation easement and needs to be relocated outside the easement.
R1. The landscape plan has been updated and the trash enclosure has been relocated next to the building.
2. The plat sheets are required to have the land surveyor signed seal.The seal was not signed.
R2. The plat sheets currently have the surveyor stamp on them and noted as"preliminary"these will be finalized for the final permit
submittal.
3. Upload the construction drawings for the plat.
R3. Understood.The construction drawings for the plat have now been uploaded.
4. Show the PUDI easements identified in the note#6.
R4. After some communication with the surveyor,it seems that since there are currently no interior lot lines,the 5'easement would
be irrelevant and would not need to be shown on the plan.Note#6 on the drawing has been updated and the 10'easement is
currently shown on the plan.
5. The landscape plan needs to show the landscaping along Franklin Road.
R5. Understood.The landscape plan now includes the overall plan all the way up to Franklin Road and all landscape elements have
been included.
Water Modeling—Tyson Glock:
6. Provide site utilities construction plans and CAD files for review.
R6. Understood.As mentioned in R3,the construction drawings for the plat have been uploaded along with the associated CAD files.
