I can't locate a permit on Meridian's website. For budget purpose ACHD will assess the new expansion as
Racquet/Tennis Club ITE 491 at $14,193 per court. The estimated total is $42,579.00.ACHD will be a
reviewer during the Building permit process.

Hi Cynthia,
Correct, there are three beach volleyball courts.
The facility is used daily for school-aged teams, mostly junior high and high school. Parents often drop their kids off, but a
few stick around for the practice. Hence, why we'll have a waiting/seating area in the front portion.
Here are the hours of operation and estimated daily occupants from the owner:
9 am - 5 pm 120 in beach facility and 15 in weight room
5 pm - 9 pm (7 pm weekends) 130 in beach facility and 25 in weight room
They have games nights and weekends at which time they setup the spectator seating on the south side of the
courts along the concrete sidewalk. These are pull-out type bleachers with 3-4 rows to accommodate upwards of 60
