RE: Neighborhood Meeting Notice for a Project in your Neighborhood
Dear Resident,
Prior to submittal of a Development Agreement Modification,the City of Meridian requires an
opportunity for conversation between the applicant and neighbors. We would like to invite you to a
neighborhood meeting to discuss this modification.This is your notice to review the proposed project. If
you have questions about the development project, please contact the representative listed below.
This is not a public hearing, and no public officials will be present. If you have questions regarding
meeting requirements, please contact the Planning and Development Services 208-884-5533.
Purpose:To review and provide comments regarding the Development Agreement Modification for the
Ferney Subdivision located at 4160 E Lanark St., Meridian, ID 83642
When: The meeting will be held Monday,July 1, 2024 at 6pm
