Collin & Erik,
Regarding the land division &eventual sale of approximately half an acre at 1250 E Piper Ct., I understand &
approve that Collin Hartman at Treasure Valley Athletic Center [TVAC] in conjunction with Erik Hagen
Architecture will do the following along with whatever else is needed to accomplish the goals of both TNT
Holdings LLC &TVAC.
1. Have both properties surveyed for the land division, updated legal descriptions, and sales agreement.
2. Confirm with Meridian Planning &Zoning that TNT Holdings LLC will be able to add onto their existing
building approximately 4000 sq. ft. at the west end of their existing parking lot [Up to the existing curb].
3. Work through the process which includes but is not limited to the following; Securing a Zoning Certification
and Design Review approval from Meridian Planning &Zoning, organize and hold a Neighborhood Meeting,
and apply for a modification to the existing Development Agreement and Conditional Use Permit associated
with the whole development for City Council approval in a public hearing.
4. Have a Land Use Attorney draft up a Cross Access &Shared Parking Agreement.
5. Complete the property sale and recorded agreements in order for the city to approve the Building Permit for
Construction.
