Hello, We received the attached notice about a change of zoning request at the Life Church property @ 3323 E. Commercial Court, Meridian, ID from IL to CG. This subject property is located next-door to the ~6.5 acre property that we own @ 4375-3475 E. Commercial Court, Meridian, ID with zoning IL. Our property is currently used by Micron as Office with the ability to restore back to Warehouse/Distribution, along with utilizing the excess land for possible development and/or rail service given the active railroad line and both neighboring properties having access to rail. In abundance of caution, we would like your feedback/confirmation that if Life Church is successful with the zone change, that our property will not be affected and will maintain the same rights we have with today’s current zoning code laws in Meridian. Please confirm we would not be subject to any new limitations of being next-door to a CG zoned property. If we are subject to any new limitations, then can you please let us know what those are?
