RE:Apex Northwest Subdivision No 5-Final Plat Application
Dear Mr. Hood,
Enclosed is the Final Plat Application for "Apex Northwest Subdivision No. 5." This is the fifth
phase of the Apex West Subdivision Preliminary Plat (H-2021-0087).
Apex Northwest Subdivision No. 5 contains 40 residential lots and 11 common lots in the R-8 zone.
This phase is 16.40 acres, with 5.08 acres of qualified open space.
Statement of Conformance
This final plat is in full conformance with the uses and layout approved by the preliminary plat and
meets all requirements and conditions of approval. This plat is in conformance with the UDC,
acceptable engineering, architectural and surveying practices, and local standards.
