May 29, 2024 Re: NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING for Conditional Use Permit,Thursday June 6, 2024 Dear Property Owner: You are invited to attend a Neighborhood Meeting regarding a proposed Conditional Use Permit application for a future multi-family development in your area. The location of the proposed development is shown on the attached site plan. Thursday,June 6 at 6:00 P.M. • The meeting will be held on the subject property on the west side of Ten Mile Road on West Cobalt Dr. - Meeting location is shown on the attached vicinity map We will be submitting applications to the City of Meridian for a future development consisting of multi- family commercial uses on the parcel highlighted on the attached vicinity map. The subject property is located at the southwest corner of Franklin Road and Ten Mile Road. A Conditional Use Permit for the property was previously approved by the City of Meridian for the subject property,the permit expired recently and a new Conditional Use Permit is being requested; the site plan has not changed from the original approval.
