*Relating to Timbercreek Recycling's Second Modified Development Agreement on August 20, 2024
Chris, City Clerk:
In 2016, Timbercreek had agreed to shut down operations at their Columbia Rd and Locust Grove Rd facility in Meridian,
ID, when residences began to expand in the area close to their facility. Now, instead of shutting down, they are
requesting permission to expand their facility and operations where they are located. Instead of expanding, they should
honor their word and shut down.
My wife and I vote "NO" on their request and ask the Council to vote "NO". Thank you.
