Yes, 12' deep with gates that open 120 degrees with wind stops. No land divider in the drive through and nothing overhead.

This design works if there is nothing overhead in the drive through and no lane divider. I see the enclosure width is 18' and that is good. Is it 12' deep with gates
that open 120 degrees equipped with wind stops?

Thanks for clarifying Connor. I would feel better if the lanes were flipped and 12'for the bypass but I think it is more important that no hazards will be present
overhead.

Thanks Konrad. For the bypass and the drive-thru lanes, this will need to be at minimum 22' wide total so I would expect a bypass lane of 10' and
drive-thru lane of 12'. No overhead hazards proposed on this one.

Hi Connor,
What is the size of the drive through bypass, width? Any overhead hazards? If this path is clear, we can service the original plan.
The 45 degree plan would work but we prefer to be of public and private drives when servicing if possible.
The minimum size of enclosures is 12'x12'. City Code requires a recycle container and the minimum size enclosure allows for a large dumpster and small tote.
Most businesses need a large dumpster for trash and recycle.

Hi Bill,
We are working on a proposed Ziggi's Coffee Shop in Meridian at 4801 S. Tavistock Ave. I have two questions for you. The coffee shop will be a
drive-thru and walk up building that is only 895 sq. ft. When the building is this small, do we still need a 12' x 18' trash enclosure, or can it be reduced
in size?Also, the access to the site will be off a private road. Is it possible to shift the enclosure at a 45 degree angle so a truck can drive in and back
right back out into the private road? We would adjust the curb cuts accordingly. See the red below where we thought would be a better place for the
enclosure than the NW corner of the site.
