Hello.
You are receiving this email because you have contacted the city about the Public Hearing for Timbercreek Recycling
MDA H-2024-0032, scheduled for August 20, 2024. Due to a deficiency in noticing for the application, the City Council
will be continuing the hearing to a future date. At the August 20 City Council Regular Meeting they will formally continue
the hearing to a future date.
You can attend the meeting in person at Meridian City Hall, view the live stream of the meeting, or see the new hearing
date on the City’s Public Hearing website (https://apps.meridiancity.org/CLERKSCONTENT/pubhearnot_detail.aspx).
Official noticing by the city (postcards, Idaho Press, and NextDoor) will be updated to the new date as well.
Questions about the application should be directed to the Community Development Department at
planning@meridiancity.org.
