Outstanding Issue(s) for City Council: · Staff would like to see the applicant consider alternative designs that create a better sense of community by integrating the lots from Block 4, and by creating more useable and meaningful open space for the future residents. · The applicant is requesting a waiver ofthe requirement to tile the White Drain, which runs along the northeast property line.
