BIRD, BORTON, ROUNTREE, WARDLE
A RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC UTILITIES, LOT DRAINAGE,
AND IRRIGATION EASEMENTS LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY LINE
BETWEEN LOTS 21, 22, 25, AND 26, BLOCK 7 OF SUNDANCE SUBDIVISION
NO. 3, LYING IN THE SW ~ OF SECTION 31, TOWNSHIP 4 NORTH, RANGE 1
EAST, CITY OF MERIDIAN, ADA COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on September 5, 2006 the City Council of the City of Meridian, held
a hearing on the vacation of public utilities, lot drainage, and irrigation easements located
on the property line between Lots 21, 22, 25 and 26, Block 7 of Sundance Subdivision
No.3, lying in the Southwest y.j of Section 31, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, City of
Meridian, Ada County, State ofIdaho, and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve
said described vacation; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the public utilities, lot drainage, and irrigation easements on
the property linebetween Lots 21, 22, 25 and 26, Block 7 of Sun dance Subdivision No.
3, lying in the Southwest y.j of Section 31, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, City of
Meridian, Ada County, State ofIdaho is hereby vacated. Copies ofthe necessary
relinquishments are attached as Exhibit "A".
Section 2.
That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately
upon its adoption and approval.
