The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced application(s) and has the following comments:
1. This project abuts the State Highway System. Due to the type and proximity of this development, impacts to
the State Highway System are anticipated.
2. ITD respectfully requests a Traffic Impact Study (TIS) for this development. The TIS scope shall include the I-84
& S. Ten Mile interchange.
3. ITD reserves the right to make further comments upon review of the submitted documents.
