RE: McDermott Village No. 1—Final Plat Application
Dear Planning Staff,
The Woodside Avenue Investors, LLC hereby applies for final plat approval of McDermott Village
Subdivision No. 1,containing 15.99 acres,with one parcel zoned R-40 for 250 future units,three parcels
for zone CG, one common lot and right-of-way dedication. The site is located north of Ustick Rd and
west of the future Highway 16 extension (parcel number(s) S0432438400, S0432429355).
The project is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat and meets all requirements and
conditions. The project is in conformance with all requirements and provisions of the UDC. The project
is also in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural, surveying practices and local
standards. The Annexation, CUP and Preliminary Plat were approved under H-2022-0056. A variance
was approved under VAR-2022-0004. After which an annexation ordinance was recorded under
number 2023-019391, and a development agreement was recorded under instrument number 2023-
019413.
