Broadway Avenue Meridian, ID 83642 RE: Pivot Pointe Tree Mitigation Plan On behalf of KB Home, we are submitting a Tree Mitigation Plan for City review at Pivot Pointe subdivision located at 4600 W. Quarterhorse Lane, Meridian, ID. An arborist report was performed on April 3, 2024 and is attached for reference. KB Home would like to keep a majority of the trees along Pine Ave. as part of the landscape buffer except where conflicts with streets or the lateral arise. Currently we are calculating 1,243 caliper inches of trees to mitigate for this site. Due to the large number of caliper inches required for mitigation we would like to propose the following option: • Distribute a portion of required inches towards KB Home planned properties throughout Meridian (Horse Meadows, Alexander's Landing, and Graycliff phases 3-5). • A minimum total of 631 2" caliper trees (1,262" total caliper inches) is proposed throughout the Pivot Pointe, Horse Meadows, Alexander's Landing, and Graycliff Phases 3-5 Subdivisions along with the Graycliff City Park.
