Thank you for sending this over. On page 19, under the City/ Agency Comments, I believe based on the Planning and
Zoning Commission Meeting, item 2.8.a should also be struck from the conditions of approval.
Also, would it be possible to send me the written testimony from Andrea Covolo and Joy Livingston as referenced in the
Decision, B.1.d?

Attached is the staff report with the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendation to City Council for Firenze Plaza
CUP MDA H-2024-0007. This project is scheduled to be on the City Council regular meeting agenda on August 27, 2024.
The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. You may attend in person or
virtually via Zoom – the link/phone number to join the meeting is located at the top of the meeting agenda. Please call
or e-mail with any questions.
Please submit any written response you may have to the Commission’s recommendation in the staff report to the City
Clerk’s office (comment@meridiancity.org) and me as soon as possible prior to the meeting. If you have a presentation
you’d like to present at the public hearing, please send it to the City Clerk’s office no later than 12:00 pm the day of
the hearing.
