On behalf of ill.Y client Moose Creek Construction, please accept this application for
Preliminary Plat for Moose Creek Sllbdivision~ This property is currently located south of
Cherry Lane and west of North Summertree Way. The subject site is currently zoned "R-
Ie" within the City of Meridian, and is 1~96 acres.
This application and Preliminary Plat are in conformance with all requirements and
provisions ofUDC and .meets all local standards for acceptable engineering, architectural
and surveying practices.

Moose Creek Subdivision is a single-family seven (7) lot subdivision, which breaks down
to six (6) buildable lots and one (1) common lot We will have two public streets helping
to access Moose Creek Subdivision~ One (1) access is an extension of North Wintertree
Ave, the second access is a access called Moose Crossing Place, where the six (6)
buildable lots will take frontage off of.
A 25' wide landscape strip will be provided to buffer Cherry Lane from the proposed
Moose Creek Subdivision. Please view attached landscape plans for exact details~
All utilities are available to the site along North Summertree Way~ The applicant is
proposing to provide pressurized irrigation to all lots tlrrough Nampa and Meridian
Irrigation District. Conceptual plans for pressurized irrigation will be proposed when
construction documents are to be submitted~
Drainage for the proj eet will be retained tlrrough a seepage bed being proposed on Moose
Creel( Drive~
This proposed in-fill subdivision is not proposing any variances, covenant or deed
restrictions. Moose Creek Subdivision meets City of Meridian's Comprellensive Plan,
and meets all technical requirements set fortIl in Meridian's new Unified Ordinance~

neighborhood meeting concerning the Preliminary Plat for this subdivision. Our development is
proposing seven (7) buildable lots ranging in the sizes from 8000 s.f to 13160 s.f., with one (1)
common lot for landscape.
We would appreciate your attendance at this meeting. We will discuss our plans for the development
of this property and answer any questions you may have regarding the site.
The City of Meridian requires that the applicant provide an opportunity for public input prior to the

COMMITMENT OF PROPERTY POSTING
Per Unified Development Code (UDC) 11-5A-5D, the applicant for all applications requiring a
public hearing (except for a UDC text amendment, a Comprehensive Plan text amendment
and/or vacations) shall post the subject property not less than ten (10) days .prior to the hearing.

The applicant shall submit proof of property posting .in the form of a notarized statement and a
