I believe the box in question that you have a concern with will be protected by curb and gutter and will not be in a parking spot. I have highlighted the curb and gutter in red below. We need to be able to have access by our personnel to all these boxes.The boxes need to be in areas that they will be protected and not have cars running into them, and provide access to them by our staff. We have a new site plan for the multifamily site in Meridian at the southwest corner of Eagle and Ustick Roads per the attached. We continue to keep buildings, structures,trees, etc. out of the existing easement of the Milk Lateral. Can you please review and let me know if you have any questions or concerns? The City also wanted us to confirm we could have sidewalks within the easement. As we get closer to detailed design of the site,we will make sure that we provide sufficient cover over the existing pipe. Appreciate your help! I think something real similar was proposed when the Milk Lateral was originally piped. When you do the formal submittal we will look through our records and see how this compare to the original plan. I don't see any huge concerns after my quick review of what you have here. Steve Pardew in my office will be the one to do the review when you submit it, he is copied on this message.
