After areal quick look at this, I do not see anything that jumps out at me except for we will definitely
want to look over the cover over the piping to make sure it will handle the proposed loading. I think
something real similar was proposed when the Milk Lateral was originally piped. When you do the
formal submittal we will look through our records and see how this compare to the original plan. I
don't see any huge concerns after my quick review of what you have here. Steve Pardew in my office
will be the one to do the review when you submit it, he is copied on this message.
