BY THE CITY COUNCIL: CAVENER,LITTLE ROBERTS,
OVERTON,STRADEII,TAYLOR,WHITLOCK
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING NEW FEES OF THE MERIDIAN PARKS AND RECREATION
DEPARTMENT; AUTHORIZING THE MERIDIAN PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT
TO COLLECT SUCH FEES; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, following publication of notice in the Meridian Press on July 7, 2024 and July
14, 2024, according to the requirements of Idaho Code section 63-1311A, on July 23, 2024 the City
Council of the City of Meridian held a hearing on the adoption of proposed new fees of the
Meridian Parks and Recreation Department, as set forth in Exhibit A hereto; and
WHEREAS, following such hearing, the City Council,by formal motion, did approve said
proposed new fees of the Meridian Parks and Recreation Department;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the 2024 Fall Fee Schedule of the Meridian Parks and Recreation
Department, as set forth in Exhibit A hereto, is hereby adopted.
Section 2. That the fees adopted for the 2024 Summer Activity Guide shall remain in effect
as to those classes until such classes are concluded, at which point the fees set forth in Exhibit A
hereto shall supersede any and all fees for the enumerated services previously adopted.
Section 3. That the Meridian Parks and Recreation Department is hereby authorized to
implement and carry out the collection of said fees.
Section 4. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 23rdday of Jul. 2024.

CITY OF MERIDIAN
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the laws of the State of Idaho, that the
City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing
at 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at Meridian City Hall,
33 E. Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, regarding proposed
new fees as set forth below. Further information is available at
the Parks and Recreation Department at Meridian City Hall,
33 East Broadway, Meridian, Idaho. Any and all interested per-
sons shall be heard at the public hearing. Written testimony
is welcome; written materials should be submitted to the City
Clerk. All testimony and materials presented shall become the
property of the City of Meridian. For auditory, visual, or lan-
guage accommodations, please contact the City Clerk's Office
at (208) 888-4433 at least 48 hours prior to the public hearing.
