Re-Zone Narrative
Calvary Chapel Meridian is looking to have our property re-zoned from Light Industrial(I-L)to
Commercial(CC).We have already had our pre-application (PREAPP-2024-0062)finaled.We are
currently operating under a CUP under light industrial zoning.When our property was developed,
we had to comply with all commercial zoning as per the terms of our CUP.
