Request: Modification to the existing development agreement (H-2018-0042, Inst. #2019-053058) to
further clarify the current and future permitted uses and timelines, create guidelines to allow for
efficient and continued use of the property, and ensure the operation is meeting all State and Federal
guidelines, by Engineering Solutions, LLP.
