STATEMENTS OF COMPLIANCE
1. Streets, curbs, gutters and sidewalks are to be constructed to standards as required by
Ada County Highway District and Meridian Ordinance. Dimensions will be
determined by the City Engineer. All sidewalks will be five (5) feet in width.
2. Proposed plat is in conformance with the City of Meridian Zoning & Subdivision
Ordinance and Comprehensive Plan.
3. Development will connect to City services.
4. Proposed plat is in conformance with the approved preliminary plat.
5. Proposed plat is in conformance with acceptable engineering, architectural and
surveying practices and local standards.
6. Street names do not conflict with City grid system.
7. All items noted on the final plat checklist have been completed.

Final Plat
Dear Brad:
On behalf of Boise River Builders, LLC (Mike Lincoln), we are submitting this application for
Drawbridge Subdivision Final Plat on 4.72 acres located within Meridian City northwest ofTen Mile
Rd. and Elk Bugle Lane (private).
The annexation, preliminary plat and rezoning from RUT (Rural Transition) to R-3 (Rural medium
density residential) was approved previously by Meridian City Council. Various preliminary plat
conditions have been addressed with this final plat application. Appropriate notes have been added as
required, with the exception that the road right-ofcway width has been increased to fifty feet wide
which eliminated the need for a twenty-five foot (25') setback from the back of the sidewalk. The
sidewalk will now be within the right-of-way rather than partially in, an easement as originally
proposed. Therefore, the twenty-five foot (25') setback should be from the property line, otherwise, if
measured from the back of the sidewalk there will only be a twenty-three foot (23') setback from the
front lot line.
As approved by the Meridian City Council, the existing three-rail vinyl fenc~ around the perimeter of
the development will remain. At the request of Meridian City Council', a portion of the fence along
Elk Bugle Lane will be relocated to extend along the common lot as indicated on the attached plans.
