I am writing with incredible concerns for this apartment expansion on Ten Mile road.
This addition of 6000 residents along this overloaded road needs to be put under the microscope.
In addition, the developers also need to be charged for the use of public spaces and schools that will be impacted with
this development. They are closing schools in Nampa but overloading this area with new residents with families.
The interchange at ten mile and I84 is definitely not sufficient to handle this influx of permanent residents. It is a
parking lot as it is and needs serious redesign to alleviate the additional congestion this will create. The planning and
zoning department needs to go back to the drawing board on this issue. This is not acceptable and needs to be
examined closely by public hearings.
Please relook at this; this is over reaching and a detriment of residents in our area. Thank you for listening.
