Good Afternoon, Stacy,
The applicant would like to request to continue the Gateway at 10 Mile CUP and preliminary plat applications scheduled
for the July 18, 2024, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to allow for additional time to coordinate with ACHD
and the City on access and traffic related comments. I’ll plan to attend the meeting tomorrow to answer any questions
the Planning and Zoning Commission may have.
