I do NOT support changing the zoning to High Density Residential. I have lived in the area of Blackcat and Franklin for
over 7 years and have noticed an increase in noise and traffic. Changing the zoning from Mixed Use Commercial to High
Density Residential will greatly impact the whole area with a higher level of noise and traffic congestion that will not be
well supported with proper infrastructure. Please reconsider the well being of the current residents. I have already had a
traffic accident with cars travelling at a high rate of speed and not yielding to those around them. It is stressful and
unnerving to say the least.
