Subject:Planning and Zoning Commission Gateway at Ten Mile Hearing Update
Good afternoon. You are receiving this email because you have provided written comment about the application before
the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission on July 18, 2024. The applicant has requested a continuance
(rescheduling). Their request is below and is being added to the application file. While it is ultimately the decision of the
Planning and Zoning Commission to grant the continuance, traditionally this type of request is granted. I encourage you
to attend the meeting, or view online at https://meridiancity.org. In the likely event of a continuance, the Commission
will set a new date for the hearing. You can see the most up to date hearing schedule at this link.
----------
Request: The applicant would like to request to continue the Gateway at 10 Mile CUP and preliminary plat applications
scheduled for the July 18, 2024, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting to allow for additional time to coordinate with
ACHD and the City on access and traffic related comments. I’ll plan to attend the meeting tomorrow to answer any
questions the Planning and Zoning Commission may have.
-----------
Thank you.
