Please vote “NO” on the proposed zoning change for the northeast corner of Ten Mile and
Franklin Road from mixed use commercial to high density residential.
This change will not add anything positive to this section of the city of Meridian.
We already have an abundance of apartments in this area and many more in various
stages of completion across from Fuller Park. The builders will make their profit and leave us
with more costs for roads, heavier traffic, higher need for more water, higher taxes, plus other
negatives for the increase in population in this area and other community need costs.
Again please vote “NO” to the requested zoning change!
