Subject:Change in zoning for NE corner of Ten Mile and Franklin Roads

DO NOT change the zoning to high density residential from the current commercial zoning, at the NE corner of Ten Mile
and Franklin Roads.
Reason: Ten Mile (and Franklin for that matter) is already a nightmare for traffic. The high density residential would be
catastrophic for future traffic problems in this area.
Also, Meridian has become the apartment capital of the Treasure Valley. It's high time we put a stop to this terrible
identity!!
