Hello!
I do not approve of the proposed zoning change being proposed for the corner of TEN mile and Franklin road because
the current roads are not equipped to handle this additional traffic. While highway 16 is being constructed current
residents off TEN mile face heavy traffic all day, every day with multiple trucks hauling dirt/rocks/etc.
Traffic in the past 8 years has gone from smooth and 5 - 10 minutes to get from CHERRY LANE to the freeway, to triple
this time. Adding more housing without first changing existing infrastructure roads is irresponsible!
