Hello,
This email is addressing a concern regarding the Gateway to Ten Mile. One of the concerns
is traffic congestion on an already congested road. Even though they state that there will be
a another overpass On Linder is in future, that is vague. Is that 1 or 8 years away?
Another concern is that Developer's don’t have to pay anything for infrastructures, parks,
schools, security, upkeep of gardens that money comes from taxes of home owners and all
hard working people in Idaho. Developers only develop a large pocket for themselves and
this developer is not even from Idaho they are from Utah.
We live close to Fuller Park and we already see negative change's with beer cans and
whiskey bottles left laying around, the pond is heavily used.
We want you to consider saying no to the Gateway project please. Having that many new
apartments will be taxing on water and infrastructure.
