Subject:Gateway To Ten Mile

I am writing in opposition to the Gateway to Ten Mile project due to the added congestion
in traffic, and stress on the current infrastructure. It is my understanding that the developer
does not have to pay any impact fees, put in green belts and parks for those apartments. I
do not feel this project is in the best interest of the community. You already apartments
downtown that aren’t filled and a parking garage that isn’t finished. I think you should back
up and re-access your decisions. Thank you Mark W. Schmidt
