Subject:The Gateway at Ten Mile

Please do not allow The Gateway at Ten Mile to be built at Ten Mile and Franklin. I live in that area and adding an
additional 5,900 people would make this area unbearable. The traffic is already a lot to deal with especially at peak
traffic times. Also, developers pay zero for parks and schools. So the developers will profit but the local
homeowners (me) will have to pay higher property taxes to pay for the new schools and parks needed for this
massive development that will overcrowd our schools. My children attend these local schools and they already
have larger class sizes than I would prefer.
