Subject:The gateway at 10 mile

Dear planning and zoning committee,
We are requesting and begging you to reconsider to cancel the plans of the gateway at
10 mile project. It is the wrong direction Meridian should go. We have seen the farmlands
go away and apartments come in. We have so many apartments in this part of town. It is
already unbelievable.
Strongly encouraging you to deny this project no more high-rise apartments. It ruins the
beauty and and livability of meridian.
Traffic, too much congestion. This is a burden on schools and the parks, in the area. This is
unfair to the people who have purchased homes in this area and want to enjoy a good
quality of life. Another great consideration is how much water is available, too many
residents in a small area.
These developers should not be exempt from paying their fair, share impact fees!
So many reasons not to do this project!
We do appreciate that businesses are going in in this area, but are asking you to
reconsider and also please do not approve the district at 10 mile as well!
