I think our calc’s match on what is required (10% baseline = 1.67-acres; and 250x312=1.79-acres for a total of 3.46-acres) but I’m not seeing how you’re getting there calc-wise. Only the open space areas in the multi-family portion of the development count toward this requirement, not across the collector street next to the single-family and not he commercial area. The 30 exterior spaces are located as follows - 1 rack by the clubhouse entrance, 1 near Sabal and 1 near the NE corner of the MF near Idamoor and W Elmwood DR.
