To whom it may concern,
My name is LaLaneya Henderson. I live at 1535 N Manship Pl, Meridian, ID 83642. This is near Black Cat and Cherry.
I am writing in concern to the proposed expansion of apartments off of Franklin between 10 mile and Black Cat.
This area already has a large amount of apartments to both the North and South of Franklin. I am very concerned about
adding another 3000+ units to the area. This will bring that many more cars specifically to Franklin Rd. The amount of
crowding in this area will be unavoidable.
Please reconsider the planning and zoning for this area.
