Dear Tina,
The City of Meridian has received objections to your
request for an Accessory Use Permit for a Family Child
Care Horne at 1281 Darrah Drive. Do to an objection
being filed the City of Meridian can not grant your
Accessory Use Permit at this time.
UNder the City of Meridian Zoning & Development
Ordinance 2-410-D6 if there is an objection to the
use filed, a hearing after notice, shall be held by
the Planning & Zoning Commission, which may grant or
deny the application after making findings of fact.
PLease advise the City of Meridian by written response
within ten days after receipt of this letter if you wish
a hearing before the Planning & Zoning Commission or if
you wish to withdraw your request.
