Outstanding Issues before Council: Condition None known. The applicant has struggled with Condition
9: Prior to signature on the final plat by the City Engineer the applicant shall submit a recorded document
that shows this property's relinquishment of the ingress/egress easement, or submit documentation that
the ingress/egress easement has been vacated.

Outstanding Issues before Council: The PP approved both detached and attached dwellings along alleys.
They were allowed to attach up to four units together as townhomes. The PP did not specify where
townhouses or attached units would be. The applicant is still not sure where the builder may want to
construct such units. The PW staff is concerned that they obtain PUDI easements where there are not
attached walls. To meet the needs ofthe applicant and staffwe propose the following additional condition
of approval:
Graphically depict a 5-foot PUDI easement along interior lot lines not being spanned by structures prior
to signature on the final plat.
OR
Submit a CZC for each ~structure. You will be required as part ofthat approval to record a 5-foot
PUDI easement along interior lot lines not being spanned by structures prior to occupancy.
