RE: Cope Subdivision Staff Report
Dear Ms. Green:
This letter is in response to the Staff Report for the Cope Subdivision City Council hearing on
September 19, 2006. After reviewing the report, we are in agreement and shall comply with
Staff's comments.
In regard to the attached conceptual plan for the subdivision: We would like to reiterate that this
is a very conceptual layout and elevations. To date, we do not have tenants or buyers under
contract to lease or purchase any of the lots. We recognize that the property is an entryway
corridor to the City and can pledge that the buildings will be of high quality, similar to the
elevations we have provided.
Thank you and we look forward to the hearing tomorrow night.
