RE: Final Plat Modification—Graycliff Estates No. 5 Subdivision
Dear Planning Staff,
Please accept this application for final plat modification for Graycliff Estates No. 5 Subdivision.
On February Oh, 2024, the final plat was approved by City Council (FP-2023-0029.) After
approval and during construction we realized we are I lot short. Originally, the pre-plat was
approved for 200 lots. After going through all our phases, we realized we only had 199 lots.
We decided to add the additional lot in our final phase and making the adjustment to phase 5.
All lots meet the minimum zoning standards and the construction plans have been updated to
accommodate this change.
