of Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at an Aluminum Cap monument marking the northeast corner of the SE '/4(E '/4
corner) of said Section 25, from which a 1.5 inch diameter iron pipe marking the southeast corner of
said Section 25 bears S 0°32'44"W a distance of 2664.85 feet;
Thence N 89029'05" W along the northerly boundary of said SE '/4 a distance of 1089.39 feet to a
point;
Thence leaving said boundary S 0°36'04" W a distance of 1183.15 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter iron
pin marking an angle point on the easterly boundary of Graycliff Estates Subdivision No. 4, as shown
in Book of Plats on Pages through , records of Ada County, Idaho;
Thence along said easterly boundary S 6'15'44" W a distance of 165.30 feet to a 5/8 inch diameter
iron pin marking the southeasterly corner of said Graycliff Estates Subdivision No. 4, the POINT OF
BEGINNING;
Thence continuing S 6015'44" W a distance of 259.88 feet to a point;
Thence N 89'04'16" W a distance of 963.64 feet to the southeasterly corner of Graycliff Estates
Subdivision No. 2, as shown in Book 124 of Plats on Pages 19872 through 19875, records of Ada
County, Idaho;
Thence along the easterly boundary of said Graycliff Estates Subdivision No. 2 N 0°27'25" E a
distance of 331.99 feet to a point marking the southwesterly corner of said Graycliff Estates
Subdivision No. 4;
Thence along the southerly boundary of said Graycliff Estates Subdivision No. 4 the following
