CITY OF MERIDIAN RESOLUTION NO. 24-2458
BY THE CITY COUNCIL: CAVENER, LITTLE ROBERTS, OVERTON
STRADER, TAYLOR, WHITLOCK
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING BRIENNE SANDOW TO SEAT 8 OF THE MERIDIAN PARKS
AND RECREATION COMMISSION; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Meridian City Code 2-4-1 establishes the Meridian Parks and Recreation
Commission, its members and terms of their appointments; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Meridian deems it to be in the best interest of the
citizens of the City of Meridian to approve the appointment of Brienne Sandow to Seat 8 of the Meridian
Parks and Recreation Commission as recommended by Mayor Simison and;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MERIDIAN, IDAHO:
Section 1. That, effective immediately, Brienne Sandow be appointed to Seat 8 of the Meridian
Parks and Recreation Commission, which term shall expire October 31, 2024.
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its adoption
and approval.
ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Meridian, Idaho, this 11th day of June, 2024.
