RE: Bellabrook Subdivision - Staff Report (AZ.06~040 & PP-06-038)
Dear Tara,
We have received and reviewed the staff reports for the Bellabrook Subdivision as referenced
above and will comply with the Conditions of Approval stated therein. As a point of clarification,
on Page 1, Item 2.a.ii the staff report indicates that Rod Cullip gave testimony in opposition to
the project at the Planning & Zoning Public Hearing. This is incorrect. However, Rod did
provide neutral comments regarding the project related to Five Mile Creek.
