Agreement for Cherry Lane Christian Church for removal of the
Conditional Use Permit requirement for construction north of Ten Mile
Creek by Cherry Lane Christian Church - northwest corner of W. Franklin
Road and N. Ten Mile Road: (request to be continued to 9-19-06 due
to posting requirements)

Ordinance No. AZ 06-004 Request for
Annexation and Zoning of 358.57 acres from RR to R-2 (66.02 acres), R-8
(167.02 acres), R-15 (79.82 acres), C-N (17.26 acres) and C-C (28.45
acres) for The Tree Farm by Treehaven, LLC - north side of Chinden
Boulevard on both sides of Black Cat Road; west of Spurwing Subdivision:

De Weerd: -- 06-1263. Mr. Berg, will you, please, read this ordinance by title only.
Berg: Thank you, Madam Mayor, Members of the Council. An ordinance No. 06-1263,
an ordinance for annexation of property being situated in Section 22, Township 4 North,
Range 1 West, Boise Meridian, Ada county, Idaho, as described in Attachment A and
annexing certain lands and territories situated in Ada county, Idaho, and adjacent and
contiguous to the corporate limits of the City of Meridian, as requested by the City of
Meridian, establishing and determining the land use zoning classification of said lands
from RUT to R-2, R-8, R-15, C-C and C-N in the Meridian City Code, providing that
copies of this ordinance shall be filed with the Ada county assessor, the Ada county
recorder, and the Idaho State Tax Commission, as required by law, and providing for a
summary of the ordinance and providing for a waiver of the reading of the rules and
providing an effective date.
