RESOLUTION NO.
BY THE CITY COUNCIL:
BIRD, BORTON, ROUNTREE, WARDLE
A RESOLUTION VACATING THE PUBLIC UTILITIES, DRAINAGE
AND IRRIGATION EASEMENT BETWEEN LOTS 3 & 4, BLOCK 3 IN THE
JAYDEN VILLAGE SUBDIVISION, LOCATED IN GOVERNMENT LOT 2 OF
SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 3 NORTH, RANGE 1 WEST, CITY OF MERIDIAN,
ADA COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on September 12,2006 the City Council of the City of Meridian,
held a hearing on the vacation of the public utilities, drainage and irrigation easement
between lots 3 & 4, Block 3 in the J ayden Village Subdivision, located in Government
Lot 2 of Section 4, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, City of Meridian, Ada County,
State of Idaho, and
WHEREAS, after such hearing, the City Council, by formal motion, did approve
said described vacation; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO:
Section 1. That the vacation of the public utilities, drainage and irrigation
easement between lots 3 & 4, Block 3 in the Jayden Village Subdivision, located in
Government Lot 2 of Section 4, Township 3 North, Range 1 West, City of Meridian, Ada
County, State of Idaho is hereby vacated. Copies of the necessary relinquishments are
attached as Exhibit "A".
Section 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately
upon its adoption and approval.
